The #1 reason why startups fail is because they build products that no one wants. Lean Startup Machine is a competitive three-day workshop where attendees will learn how to apply Lean Startup methods in the real world. The Lean Startup methodology has been known to save entrepreneurs significant time that would otherwise be wasted. Echo's CEO Carlos Carbonell was a mentor at a NYC Lean Startup Machine event last year and was inspired by his participation to bring the workshop to Orlando. He is currently one of the lead organizers for the Orlando event.
This event is not about coding -- but learning to build things that people want. The hands-on approach will help entrepreneurs avoid pitfalls by teaching them to build things that customers will actually buy. Participants will hear inspiring speeches and get advice from some of the startup community's brightest minds.
The goal of the workshop is not simply to create the winning team, but to enable participants to go through the process of generating and presenting a minimum viable product with mentorship and feedback from thought leaders in the industry. Participants from diverse backgrounds are all welcome! Serial innovators, students, designers, and business entrepreneurs alike are invited.
The first Orlando workshop will be held May 16th-18th at Rollins College. Bring your team or come alone to pitch an idea! This event will sell out quickly & you don’t want to be left out.
