We modernized the organization and upgraded their exposure on the web creating a portal for engagement with both the public as well as entities looking to bring their events to Central Florida. Keeping in line with their business plan, we put front and center their proprietary events as well as their partners (the municipalities which fund them).

Realizing the importance of multicultural marketing and segmenting the brand to appeal to specific target audiences - Echo created a modern design and enhanced the site's current features thus enabling a portal of engagement for the public consumer as well as various entities considering Central Florida as the location of choice for their sporting events.

Through strategic placement on the site's landing page as well as organizing local events by county, Echo was able to ensure interaction with specific segmented audiences. In addition, community members could also create and upload their own events. Echo specifically targeted multicultural families and the alpha moms who were now able to engage in self promotion of their child's various sporting activities with a simple point and click. Echo was able to create, finesse and facilitate this information pipeline educating, engaging and encouraging their participation.
