About
Hope and Help reached out to Echo to develop a campaign that would appeal to minority populations (which are affected by HIV/AIDS at higher percentages than the general population).
The campaign will also be mirrored throughout print and social media channels.
Solution
We developed a multicultural creative campaign that involved messaging and imagery to connect with various groups, not only ethnic minorities but also women, teenagers and the elderly. A custom photoshoot complemented the creative approach and connected with the demographic and the call to action by showing different emotions related to finding out whether a loved one, or oneself, was infected with HIV. Echo also designed the a new logo and web site to promote the organization's largest fundraisers, Headdress Ball.
Result
The site received over 1,500 hits within one month and it helped reach enough people to sell nearly 1,000 tickets to the prestigious event.
